The phenomena of earth has always fascinated and intrigued me. It forms a great part of ideas and inspirations for my art-making and is at large an outflow of my travel experiences, and specifically an awareness of the extremes of the universe.
My focus is very often on the underground structures, where the changing and forming of rock formations and sedimentations occur.
The intention of my work is to vividly stimulate the viewer's interest and create a sense of wonder and curiosity of the unseen.
